So now that my competition is done (I’ll write more about that in a future post) I’m back on track with scarfing down tons of bananas! Yay I missed those babies!

Milkshake Protein Smoothie – serves 1
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
3 Dates (pits removed)
1 Frozen Banana
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 TBSP Hemp Seeds
