Hey there everyone- I’m going to make this fast. Real fast. I’ve been working out a ton recently because I’m preparing to do a physique competition in April.
Needless to say, quick morning smoothies have been my go-to for making something first thing when I get up to take to the gym as a post workout meal on my rush to work.
So far I’ve made this one twice this week but never got around to taking a picture.
Sweet Chocolate Shake
2 Small-Medium Bananas, peeled and frozen
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
11/2 Cups Cantaloupe, cubed
Small handful of Pea Sprouts
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Garden of Life’s brand)
Blend! Add more almond milk if it’s too thick 🙂
Now go out and get your workout on!
